is it safe to eat raw eggs to gain weight for weight training? Has anyone done it??
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I eat six every morning. If they are organic eggs you are at practically no risk of getting salmonella poisening. I have been doing this for about 4 months now and I am healthy. Eat them, they are good for you and your gains.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Cooking the egg only denatures the protein, or "unravels it." Your body has specific enzymes that will break down these proteins either way. So there really isn't any HUGE advantage if you cook the egg or eat it raw. Cooking the egg = better taste.Originally posted by Sweetcheeks
If it was a choice between a raw egg or a cooked one, the raw egg is HEALTHIER because it is more BIOLOGICALLY AVAILABLE.
Amino acids have cross linked bonds that are altered by heat. Cooking the egg changes the structure of the protein molecules so that your body is less able to use them.

jesus christ... just cook them. you're not going to magically bench 100lbs more cause you didn't cook your eggs. in the grand scheme of things I don't think the difference is worth it.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
WORKE, I think it's actually biotin that gets depleated, because the whites are high in avidin, which binds the biotin in your body and in the yolk of the egg.Originally posted by WORKEROUTER
If you eat raw eggs, beware that egg whites can deplete your avidin levels. Heating up the whites block this from occuring.
The best advice, and something that I have done for over a year now, is to eat the yolks raw and slightly cook the whites.
it's not magic, yo, it's just really easy to crack 3 eggs into a blender in the morning and throw in 2 scoops of whey.Originally posted by snitel

the magic is that the only thing extra you get from a raw egg is some vitamins, and a cooked egg has more protein.Originally posted by semag
