That strategy would not make sense for a white collar worker with a bachelor's degree +. He would not fit in socially with other residents of trailer parks.
That strategy has a better chance of being sensible for a blue collar worker in the trades. He would be more likely to fit in socially with other trailer park residents and get some social circle connections/introductions.
