“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've never pawned anything, have only been into a pawn shop once or twice (only because I was in the neighborhood). Based on TV shows, people only pawn things when they are desperate for cash. All those prices are pretty low, wonder what kind of a markup they add?

The price is low, because it is a loan. You get your item back if you return the money within a certain period of time. A lot of people never pay, so the store gets to keep the pawned item. They probably loan less than half of what something is worth.

I've never pawned anything. I wouldn't mind selling something at a pawn shop, but I've never thought I would be able to get a good price. Those prices listed are not bad IMO. Who the heck wants a used Apple watch? They've got to make a profit, so you have to figure that in. The key to that list is that they are popular items, I guess. I wouldn't expect to get top dollar at a pawn shop.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Pawn shops will even take used power tools. Almost anything.

Never. Rather just sell on Craigslist or eBay. My parents did decades ago and they got fleeced on some gold and silver they inherited from family. Small metals, nothing really worth much. But, they got much less than spot. This was before the advent of the Internet, so all the pawns in our area seemed to be pricing the same. Speak about collusion.

Where I live, the only things easier to sell than tools are guns.
I have a friend who fell on hard times and sold a fair number of tools to a pawn shop. I don't know what he got for them exactly, but he did say it was much less than they were worth. I suppose they can tell when someone is desperate.

It almost seems to me that if you wanted to sell, you'd be better off going in and trying to pawn your stuff, and then just never paying it back. You might get a better price, because they want the interest from you? Is there any sort of drawback to not paying off a pawn loan?

Pawn places give you crap for money around here. Only people who do not know better go to these places. I do much better on Craigslist.
