Anybody Going to the Roosh Meetup

I don't think there's any realistic way to actually completely shut down these events. As mentioned above some hosts are going forward anyways and a lot of them were privatized before the event was formally cancelled.

Some accomplishments thus far
Even if the events are cancelled, the manosphere got a massive burst of free advertisement = more men waking up and seeing there is another path in life
Just another instance on display for the world of radical feminism. Hundreds of violent threats posted online, bomb threats, threats of castration, revenge rape (lol), etc.

There's always a positive spin, its how your mindset perceives it. For the events that are still going forward anyways, there probably won't be any protests planned anymore. Our enemies think they have scored a knockdown and are pre-emptively celebrating before the 10 count.


The meetups were a win-win idea. Either Roosh got massive free advertisement and many new followers, or the events were going to go forward. Either way he benefited.

I enjoyed this video, and it was funny how he was making fun of the "Boom Clap" girl, but you can see that Roosh brings a lot of this stuff on himself. He even said in the video basically that even bad publicity is good publicity. For instance, he tells the girl to shut up because "The men are talking". Lol, that's the same line Andy Kaufman used to use to wind up the feminists when he was doing his "bad guy wrestler/wrestling women" bit. I'm sure it's intentional. The more outrage he can stir up, the more publicity he gets.

Dammit. This would have been a great way to make local non-AFC friends.

I'm not sure what to think about all the media attention. Sure Roosh received a lot of exposure, but it was pretty much useless. Him and his followers were marked as a pro-rape group as opposed to a Men's Rights group. The only thing that the free advertising has done was to ensure that Roosh is basically made sterile.

Well nothing has been cancelled, he is still hosting it and all the other parties are going through as well, they are just having it at a small location. A lot of the meetups happen at people's houses, how are you going to stop a bunch of people from getting together at someone's house? How would you even know? If everyone shows up at a gas station in the countryside between Toronto and Kitchener, who is going to protest that. It's all just for show.

Thanks for sharing the video. It was interesting.

What's really amazing is the amount of power that Roosh currently possesses. If he really wanted to, he could shut down an entire fvcking country, and it looks like he damn near did it to Australia. I'm hoping that Roosh can actually use the power he has and put it to good use, but that remains to be seen.
