"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I've been looking at getting certified for a couple of years off and on. I don't have the money laying around to do it right now so that's what's stopping me. I am wondering how easy it is to get work once you are certified either through a gym or independently.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

There's a lot of us around on this board bro... I don't have any real certification, but I do have two university degrees in health/fitness fields, and almost 10 years in the trenches as well as experience as a high performance athlete.

I recently started my own fitness consultation business...that way you cut out the middle man, and I charge $50/session, so the rate of pay is also a lot better that what you'd be makin at a club. I think it depends where you are as far as demand for personal trainers go, after all it is not a cheap service that we offer... There is a growing movement towards fitness and preventative health measures however, so I think the future forecast for fitness services is good...

I'm a trainer

If you don't have organizational skills, discipline, patience, courage, looks, charisma, charm and social skills, training isn't for you. However..if you do have those skills listed above getting clients is as difficult as you make it.

If you put in the effort to do things for yourself and your business (of training) you will do well. If you depend on handouts from your fitness coordinator or do nothing to talk to people outside of the gym, you won't make enough to survive.

Training shouldn't be your primary job. You should have another job or plan on moving up the ladder to director or even owner.

and finally make sure your good, if you build a reputation for yourself it will make or break you.

I was thinking about getting in to it while in university.. I know a couple myself, and as DB said... it's all about how you present yourself. Most people don't make a conscious decision to come back to you or refer you to others simply because your methods work.. They bring in more people to you because they LIKE you.

Being personable and having your **** together is most important. And yeah, take it on as a second job at first.. There's no telling if you'll be successful or not until you get going.

You have to be good as well ;) Learn your trade.

Like others already said you'll need good people skills. If your training the general population you'll also find yourself being a mental doctor as well (you'll be shocked at the stuff people will tell you). Its def a second job though and will be a real grind for awhile.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
