I hate masturbating but I still end up doing it... I'll go for about a week without mastrbating but then I get this ****ing urge to just rub my **** and I can't stop myself from there, it's ****ing pissing off and I really need to stop...

I'm not listening to the people who are gonna say... "be comfy with your sexuality" or "dude!!!! I masturbate 24/7 and so shud UUU!!!", I have my own reasons for why I hate masturbating i'm sure some of you love masturbating but if there's anyone out there who never masturbates... then help me and tell me how you stopped because honestly I get pissed off everytime I masturbate and it's like I can't friggin help it...

it's really just a bad habit. you can kick it. You have to get rid of all the triggers, like online porn, all that. The hardest part is like the first week to ten days then it gets easier because you get the great results and just want to keep them going. Focus on how great you feel when you don't and use that to motivate you to quit. I think it's great that you are trying. good luck.
