Hi,

I don´t know what to do anymore. I´m going to a new school and the problem is that only two people in my class are living in my town, the rest is living in a different town which is quite far away. I´m from Germany and the problem is that I can´t drive (you can only drive here when you´re 18; I´m 17) and that I can´t make new friends because we don´t switch classes. The one guy that is from my town is an a$$ and the other one doesn´t do anything. There r also no HBs in my class and there are no opportunities to approach hot chicks. I´m lonely most of the time and I´m really scared of staying a virgin without any friends. I´m feeling like sh!t all the time and I´m losing more and more self confidence. I´m also depressed and it´s even making me sick physically. The good thing is I´m only gonna be here in Germany for another 6 months and then I´ll go to college in the US. I´d consider myself a cool guy who is just stuck in the wrong place...

Any suggestions on how I could make the best out of it?

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

any sports/hobby groups?

im sure there are some in your school, even if there arent you can find some outside at a local communtity club.

We don´t have high school sports in Germany. I could join a soccer club, but they don´t have practice in the winter. I´m thinking about going boxing, but the problem is the nearest box club is like 30minutes away and it´s only twice a week. Yeah, it sucks. More ideas?
