Any ideas on how to open (via text) someone you haven't seen in a month?

Met this girl from a social group about a month ago. We pretty much had a mini date that night, but after K closing I didn't get her number b/c my phone was dead. At the time, I really didn't care b/c I had a lot of important stuff going on at the time(ie med school interviews etc.).

Anyways, I managed to get her number from her sister and now want to reopen.

Any ideas?

It's been a month, so my expectations are low. I just want to give it a shot, that's all.

just call, if it's a month it probably takes some efforts to explain back and forth who you are… which I always find annoying and awkward. A month is a very long time.

I use this one as well if I haven't heard from a chick in a while, and I want to test out the waters. Most of the time they'll give a responce like this:

"HA! No!! You were thinking about me!!! "

Then just take it from there.
