Everyone understands the difference between 'cracking' something and 'hacking' something. 'Hacking' and 'hacker' is media frenzy, while if you get in and do stuff, that's cracking the sh1t out of system, then you l33t. 'Hacking' is using media frenzy to make doe.
Russia is corrupt to the point of cell phones, internet, drugs, and prostitutes in prison. It's money that prison officials make.
We have this popular social network, odnoklassniki, then by popularity goes VK, VKontakte. It's your equavalent of fb. So what you think, there are tons of dudes that offer hacking OK or VK. All is sh1t of course. You send in money and get nothing in return. They can even hack an e-mail account and send you letter from that e-mail for your confirmation!
All that stuff is done from prisons.
