Anything that obliquely shows that you are dominant, adventurous, and extremely ambitious. The key, as others have said, is to be oblique.
Ask her about herself. People love to talk about themselves. Then whenever you see her get emotional (in a positive way) about something, search your own memory for a similar story that produces that same feeling. If you can, choose a story that demonstrates the above qualities, but make that secondary. Make the primary intent of the story to share that same good emotion she is feeling.
Example. Say she went whale watching once, and she saw a big whale up close, and it was a great experience.
You want to relate another similar experience, of seeing something really cool in nature up close. So set up the story of you scaling El Capitan, and you saw this bald eagle fly by really close. Only mention the part about you scaling El Cap to set it up, and then focus on how cool and wonderful it was to see such a beautiful animal up close. Act like saying you were at El Cap was the same as buying apples at the grocery story. Don't pause or anything and wait for her to give you props. Just focus on the same emotion as seeing something in beautiful up close, and share the same experience.
Another example.
She asks what you do for a living. You say you are a pencil pusher for your office, but you have always dreamed of being a (insert wicked cool job here). Then talk about how you've always dreamed of being a (cool job) and what things you are doing to make it happen. Talk about all the cool things you'll be able to do when you are a (cool job).
