"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I'm looking for something with titles and subheadings that I can quickly glance over as a game plan.

I'd only use it for a week or two until I memorized it, and I'd reread the notes if I ever forgot anything at night.

Always remember to "brush your teeth" could be a heading for a guy like me. I usually forget to shower before I go out, and if I do I don't put on my deodorant or brush my teeth. I end up smelling like a wet dog after spending time on the dance floor. I bring mints, but I don't always trust how long they last.

Yeah, second note could be "dance to at least one song". Those guys who sit by the edge of the dance floor laughing and drinking and watching the girls dance are kind of creepy to girls. Get out on the floor at least once.

Body language would be on a header. "back straight" "Head up" "Don't be bug eyed" "Use your hands and your face when you speak" "open relaxed language"

Speech could be another header. "speak loud" "open your mouth" "don't not speak for more than two minutes"

There has got to be more that I'm missing. Does anybody have any good stuff that is understandable and easy to digest?

I don't want a list of 100 openers, and a list of 100 dhv routines. Those things are turning me into a robot.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Just be your confident self, believe in yourself, and have fun. That's all you EVER need to know.
Stop looking for techniques, you'll just turn into a robot.

When you're happy with yourself, you won't need to prove yourself to women by acting like something you're not.
That my friend is maturity and it makes you ooze of confidence.

The last line I wrote addressed your point PTG, thanks for that piece of advice though. That should be at the top of the list.

But having a note saying "remember to talk" for a guy who likes to lean back and be confident would go a long way towards a great night. Also not being clean and smelling like I haven't showered in a month will also ruin a good night. Speaking too low will as well. You know what? I think slouching in my chair, avoiding eye contact, being grumpy, being a bum, not smiling, not getting jokes, pouting, sitting in the makeout corner, being a creep, grinding when uninvited on the dance floor, or being an insulting ahole would REALLY REALLY ruin my game for a night.

Thats not what I want though, I don't want a do this and don't do that list. That wouldn't work at all!

I need something I can just seize on. IOI wouldn't be good enough, it would have to be "reward IOIs". So yeah, screw the lines, but if you are confident and a girl gives you eye contact and smiles at you from across the room and you confidently stand your ground like a DA(dumbass)... never mind I think I've made my point.

Repeat: I don't want routines, F the routines. "Hi my name is" is the only routine I ever needed to know.

So is there anybody out there who understand what I'm asking for?

P.S. Sorry for being angry, I'm working on that. If you have any advice on controlling my anger when responding to people who don't read through a topic but still choose to post. I don't like people who try to derail my questions.

P.P.S. Thanks again for reading, and I can't wait for the "cheat sheets". I don't even know if thats the right name anymore. A page, or a few pages that I can pick up and read in under two minutes while I'm on my lunch break. So I can look at the page and think to myself "Oh man, I totally blanked when I was talking to HBStacy this morning, I wish I remembered to time constrain so I could have ditched and still had the upperhand". So I'm not looking for routines, just something to spur me to practice the parts of my game that are lacking, something dynamic like, you know like the old "meta system" seduction systems, but in a compact point form. If I constantly screw up on one piece of the puzzle like "not having a job" or something I could come to sosuave and click on search and find 100s of ideas on the subject and not have to ask anybody a single question. I could always strive and continue learning with a single piece of paper as my guide.

Yeahhhh, thats what I want, a study guide

edit: somebody tell me when sosuave accepted the advertisers bar. That definitely wasnt there last year.

Why not make your own cheat sheet of the DJB. It would be better than anything anyone else could give you.

Thanks for that Francisco. I started already and I'm not done yet. So I asked if anybody has any good cheat sheets.

If anybody can help me I'd be happy.

I did a search and just found this http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=94148&page=2&highlight=cheat+sheets Its exactly what I DON'T want.

Absolutely no routines are to be allowed.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

What's missing from that thread? Looks as if there's way more information in there than you could fit on one sheet.
I think the problem isn't what's missing so much as the whole idea of that cheat sheet. If I get the OP's problem correctly, the idea isn't so much to have a list of openers and "semi-routines" but rather things to keep in mind all the way through.

I just posted in the other thread about cheat sheets, so I'm not going to restate everything here, but whatever information you would put on a cheat sheet should be internalized as quickly as possible, and the cheat sheet thrown away. This is mostly true if you don't run any routines, because then you don't need to remember those routines, right?

You don't need a cheat sheet. Take things you see on here with a grain of salt and just get out there. Remember dancing is a great tool to use, but if you're stuck on only making approaches on the dance floor, you're greatly limiting yourself. Making cold approaches off the dance floor is going to send your game to soaring levels.

As for taking a shower, please get some information on hygiene. You don't just need to have good hygiene to be suave, you also need it in the real world. Shower, shampoo, brush teeth, deodorize, and get some decent cologne.

I think that's just unfair.

He said he doesn't always shower before going out. Now, unless you're a mind reader, you can't say he doesn't shower regularly. Maybe he has a gland problem (more common than you'd think), and even though he showers in the morning and after work/school, by midnight he still needs a shower. Whatever the reason, there's a huge difference between not having the habit of taking a shower before heading out to clubs at 10pm and having a hygiene problem.

I may not be a mind reader, but I know that before going out it's usually a good idea to shower, brush your teeth and put on some deodorant :) I don't really mind what others do, but when someone comes asking for advice, you can't be forgiving. Sometimes you have to be honest.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Hey, I see where you're coming from. I just think you need to nuance what you're saying; instead of saying someone lacks hygiene because they don't take an extra shower at night before going out, you can remind them that smelling good is, well, good, and that they need to take a shower before going out to wash away the grime that accumulates during the day.

I do agree deodorant should be obvious, though.

A daily habit list?

Something I want to train myself to do normally... yeah, and when I'm sure I'll stick to the habit I can cross it off the list.

* Give up TV. Tape all your favorite shows and save them until the end of the trial. My whole family did this once, and it was very enlightening.
* Give up online forums, especially if you feel you’re becoming forum addicted. This will help break the addiction and give you a clearer sense of how participation actually benefits you (if at all). You can always catch up at the end of 30 days.
* Shower/bathe/shave every day. I know YOU don’t need this one, so please pass it along to someone who does.
* Meet someone new every day. Start up a conversation with a stranger.
* Go out every evening. Go somewhere different each time, and do something fun — this will be a memorable month.
* Spend 30 minutes cleaning up and organizing your home or office every day. That’s 15 hours total.
* List something new to sell on ebay every day. Purge some of that clutter.
* Ask someone new out on a date every day. Unless your success rate is below 3%, you’ll get at least one new date, maybe even meet your future spouse.
* If you’re already in a relationship, give your partner a massage every day. Or offer to alternate who gives the massage each day, so that’s 15 massages each.
* Give up cigarettes, soda, junk food, coffee, or other unhealthy addictions.
* Become an early riser.
* Write in your journal every day.
* Call a different family member, friend, or business contact every day.
* Make 25 cold calls every day. If you make 1300 cold calls a year, you’re going to get some conversations no matter how bad your skills are.
* Write a new blog entry every day.
* Read for an hour a day on a subject that interests you.
* Meditate every day.
* Learn a new vocabulary word every day.
* Go for a long walk every day.

Just want to point out that this is fake math, aka the gambler's fallacy.

Even if your rate of success was 99%, you could still ask 30 people out and not get a single date. This is similar to gamblers assuming that, say, they have a 50% chance of getting black on the roulette, and it has come up red five times in a row, they somehow have a greater chance of coming up with black.

The only way it would be true is if you live in a town of 100 people; the first day you'd have a 3% chance (3 people out of the 100 want to go out with you), the next day a bit more (3 people out of the 99 remaining), etc.

Other than that, sounds all right.

So pimp its scary

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
