ive done it before but now i find it hard to not fap sometimes. Meh its good/bad but I only like fapping every couple of weeks.

Yep I've done it for months at a time - it's definitely a rewarding thing. I don't notice huge psychological or physical differences, but I just enjoy knowing I have the willpower to abstain from what I think is a nasty habit.
The downside is the occasional wet dream overnight. Quite a mess that can be.

Theres definetely power in it. I completed over 3 months and it definetely lets people notice you and alot of times you feel like "the man"

It is not magic though I used to think it was but its not

I relapsed now im just masterbating without ejaculating.
The intensity is ridiculous and i started getting so horny and frustrated.
It will fix ED. Unfortunately it will not fix PE.
Ive read literally hundreds of posts by people and it will make you hard
when you need it in bed but if you suffer from PE practice seems to be the only way to fix that not abstinence.

I tried it and found no benefits to it. You get overly horny and at one point you need to release, it's natural. If it works for you, that's great, but I can't help to think it has a placebo affect on your mind.
