Any Clues as 2 why she is acting like this lads?

Was out last night at one of my mates birthday parties where my ex girlfriend was also in attendance. We had been going out for about 7 months serious but broke up last October. She was the one that ended it and my suspisions told me at the time that it was because she fancied one of my mates.

As it turned out, she failed to hook up with this guy and is still single as far as I know. The thing is that when she saw me arrive last night at the party, she looked like a rabbit caught in headlights. She looked very uncomfortable. All night at the party she would be standing on her own looking miserable. I didn't go to talk to her, because I dont trust her anymore (See my previous posts as to why)

The thing is that it did take me a long while to get over her, but now that I am, when I'm about her, I'm totally indifferent to her.

I went over to her and said hi, and she replyed, but looked very nervous.

any clues as to why she would be so uncomfortabe with my presence, even though she was the one to break up with me?

Why's it matter? Your over here right? So who cares.

It's not like we can read her mind from here anyway, maybe she fancies you again cos she lucked out with the other guy... You know chicks, they hate to be alone.

I find that when you meet an ex for the first time (and importantly, it ended without a screaming match), that sometimes the best thing to do is go over, give them a hug, have a quick chat about anything other than your current lovelives, then head away. It defuses the tension, and everyone likes hugs.
