"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I am sure that the sane people on here who are in touch with the current generation know the amount of social proof a good Instagram account with 1k+ followers and a lot of likes on photos offers. I am making this thread assuming we don't get that guy that comes in and says "but social media is fer losers and attention wh0res!", likely some old dude in his 40s not in touch with reality.

While a high school or college kid will have an easy time getting friends and followers due to being in that community setting, I am trying to figure this out as a guy in his late 20s.

I don't want phony followers that you get through scammy ads online and all that. I was wondering how you can grow your social life and then get legit social media followers along the way.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm not going to be that guy, but I'm probably not going to be the guy that tells you what you want to hear either.

Followers and likes on social media does not give you social proof to make you popular in reality. Getting popular, followed and liked in reality gives you likes and followers on social media. Basically if you're a great guy with a lot of fun to offer you'll gain your followers.

So many guys think they can just hustle themselves to being popular on social media and from that be considered great guys in reality. But it works the other way around, which is exactly why followers and likes on social media is such good social proof.

So my answer is: be a likeable person in reality, the rest will come from that.

Okay so here's the thing: Having a following "just because" is dumb, and like EyeBRollin said, will hurt you in the long run.

However, developing a following because of your talent and content, would work in your favor. Take for example, if you produce music.

The thing is, you have to produce something in order to have a meaningful following, lest you become just an attention ***** or a like addict. Take for example people who make meme pages on facebook or become writers on niche sites and complain about stopping because the likes and comments have dried up.

However making a twitter and wanting it to blow up and have girls DMing you or asking for your snapchat? You'd be better off doing something else with your time, since twitter time invested has little payoff unless you make things that people want to see and will draw them to you.

That, and the internet can preserve any idiotic or embarassing **** you say forever.

What are you talking about lol?
It's nothing. I knew a guy who had a profile in social networl with 1k+ friends, posted photos all the time etc. and he didn't have a gf for years (no ons either).
You think girls be like "oh that guy has a an instagram with ton of followers, oh i want kids from him"? Never saw that irl.
People who are followed by many online usually do some arts, post something great or have a related business
I'm 23 yo and and internet dweller, been there from the beginning of social networks lol. Can't say for 16-year-olds though. Maybe it has some weight among them.
OK @Grewd nailed it.
It's the other way around

Well, get acquaintances in real life and THEN they will add you online. :D

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

There is this thing now, live youtube streams. You play some video games and stream it live on youtube. People like that get subscribers, like 300k and more. Then you got the donation thing going on the stream, people donate you money. You can easily raise 500 bucks and more per stream, some people raise 2k bucks per stream. Then you branch off your youtube and have other social media accounts, like FB and others.

Here is an example of a stream.

You even have russian mafia streaming, though not live now. They raise more than 2 grand bucks per stream.

Okay, lets talk about the bold then, lets see if you actually know something or are simply spitting out motivational garbage to get cheap likes on here.

Haha, thanks for calling it motivational. I wouldn't say it's motivational though. If I wanted to be motivational I'd tell him how to get cheap likes on social media, instead I told him to go the hard way and build a real reputation. That's hardly motivating, but it is the better way.

I don't give a fvck about likes, I'm just sharing my thoughts. Sometimes it's a hit and sometimes a miss. I'm not making anyone tap the like button on my posts, people just do when I've got a point. So do I when I think someone else has a good point.

They have a version of Facebook for professionals. It's called LinkedIn. LinkedIn is your new resume. You want to acquire skills and have colleagues endorse you for those skills, ideally ones who are highly skilled in those areas themselves. Then jobs will find you.

Don't!

Use the time to improve yourself, and your game.

Meet women, and interact with them, where they're at!

Tinder, facebook, etc. are just another layer of BS / female power to break through. Why bother, unless you're looking for a skank?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I did. It's called building a reputation, there's no simple procedure for that. Other than getting out and talking to people. You're free to not follow my advice (or anyone else's), stay in your basement and make sh!t up for attention on social media. You don't have to be d!ck about it though.

Your lack of appreciation says a lot about you. Even if you did manage to gain popularity online, that social proof would quickly fade as they see what a douchebag you are.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
