any advice for Grocery Store pick ups?

I'm only used to club/bar game so my game everywhere else is rusty as fnck.

anyways, I went to a large grocery store today at 6pm, and the place was CRAWLING with girls in my age group. I wasn't sure why since I don't live in a college town. Maybe it was the time of day/week/season since it was 6pm on Tuesday summer evening.

I didn't talk to any, but I decided that next time I should at least try it.

Have any of you had successful grocery store pick ups that lead to at least a lay? any advice on it?

Just make a comment on something in her shopping basket. Then tell her she is cute or compliment her clothing / hair / perfume. Ask her if she is in college (even if she looks late 20's). Then ask for her number.

Oh.. and if she is walking empty handed (unlikely) ask her if you can help her find something.

Pick-up in ALL locations is very easy. The problem most men have is they worry what the woman will THINK or they fear coming off "creepy". In short: they fear rejection. If you want to be a DJ you need to accept that rejection WILL happen and become indifferent to it. Just enjoy yourself. Enjoy interacting with hot women. Enjoy flirting. Have fun.

I've been in line with a few hotties, if the moment presents itself I'll usually tell them as I'm pointing: "don't forget your soap opera digest" or one of the other magazines on the rack. That usally gets a laugh or an explanation of why they don't look at that type of thing.

I've still yet to go for the number close though. I'm working on it.

Number closing while on a line is tricky because the line keeps moving. One method (if she is in front of you) is to ask her if she knows the area. If she is shopping there she probably does. Tell her you need help with directions and ask her to wait a minute while you pay for your sh!t. After you pay, walk out of the store with her and ask her for a good Gym in the area because you want to look as good as her. :yes:

If she is behind you on the line, just keep talking to her while she pays for her sh!t.

Once you learn how to think on your feet it gets very easy to make situations work to your advantage. Takes practice though...

like the other posters say, go for it. i've gotten lays.

one time i was in walmart (which carries groceries) and i stalked this blonde before finally going up to her and saying "excuse me, are you russian?".

turned out she was an easy lay.

there are plenty of openers-ask about something in her basket, compliment her clothing, etc. there's no trick.

This is something I'll admit that I desperately need work on. I've had opportunities in grocery stores but so far I've lacked the balls to follow through. I beat myself up over it too. I need to conquer the fear of rejection. The only way is to get rejected again and again and again. Maybe I should go for girls that I know for sure will reject me. That way, I'm getting practice and knowing that the rejection is coming.
