I know that most of the people on this board have suffered from anxiety at one point or another. The thing that most of you probably don't know is that in a suprising amount of cases anxiety is really a misdiagnosed caffiene habbit. If you suffer from it and happen to drink coffee (or tea or caffinated soft drinks) try abstaining for a couple of weeks and see how you feel. It made a HELL of a difference for me. Its not gonna be easy even if you drink as little as a couple of cups a day. The withdrawls will give you persistant headaches and will make you feel very tired. However if you stick through it for just a couple of days you'll find that you will be anxiety free and full of energy!
