Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

If you're on medication for this condition, WHY THE FUKK ARE YOU ASKING US?? You'd be an idiot to follow what any of us have to say, last I checked there are no MDs that regularly post on this forum.
GO ASK YOUR DOCTOR.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Caffiene blocks serotonin...really? i have never heard that one. I also heard pasta helps with serotonin...is this true?Originally posted by Monkey:
Just avoid caffiene as much as possible. It has no nutritional value whatsoever.
It actually blocks the effects of serotonin and melatonin causing restless sleep and iritability.
It has to do with the carbs, not the pasta.Originally posted by mahon83050:
