Antimalware Virus - How to delete?

This Antimalware Virus has been giving me the ball ache since yesterday, is their anyway I could remove this somehow?

I remember getting it a year ago, and searched up on some website and found a removal for it, yet whenever I log onto search engines - it brings askjeeves.com or some other unfiltered domaines now.

PLEASE HELP!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

Funny,

Because I hardly ever search for porn, if I want to fap, I just log onto my Documents - My Pictures and fap away at the numerous girls I know I'm going to be fvcking later in the months to come :)

Infact I was searching for the Japan vs England pre-game details when this son of a bytch bit me.
