Antimalware Virus - How to delete?

This Antimalware Virus has been giving me the ball ache since yesterday, is their anyway I could remove this somehow?

I remember getting it a year ago, and searched up on some website and found a removal for it, yet whenever I log onto search engines - it brings askjeeves.com or some other unfiltered domaines now.

PLEASE HELP!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!

I use Avast!, Spybot Search & Destroy & SUPERAntiSpyware, never have a problem, even if I have been looking at porn.
