I know this has already been discussed many times, but I'd like to ask about my situation, since I won't be referring just to getting ladies, my problem is with being perceived as a child by both males and females.

I'm 19-yrs-old but most people mistake me for 16-17 (sometimes even 15), since I'm a bit shorter than average (I'm around 5'9) and I have a really youngish face.

Most people can tell I work out even when I'm wearing regular clothes, but my frame is extremely small, so I look like I haven't developed yet (is it possible that I have to develop yet, or at 19 I'm already grown? I'm not talking about height, I'm referring to bones structure): my muscles look really "pumped", but I still look small.

Plus, my face has really young features (I don't even have sideburns, although I have to shave my chin and moustaches almost everyday), and blue eyes and curly hair doesn't help either. I'm pretty cute, but I tend to attract just girls who are 15 or even 13 (I get approached a lot by these girls), while older ones need to be isolated, IMO because they would feel ashamed to flirt with someone who looks a couple of years younger than them.

Also, I'm very loud and outgoing, so most people perceive me as immature (which I probably am) and this doesn't help either.

Any ideas to solve these problems?

If it's the first case, I don't think bulking would be a nice solution: I already look stocky for my height and people can already understand that I workout even when I have my clothes on, so it wouldn't change much, if not in a negative way (looking even shorter, thus younger)

I'm 18 looking 25 right now... I havent eaten since 3pm yesterday, and I havent slept since friday night

Actually, I spent a week during my last school-trip, where I got to pass 60 hours awake and then sleeping just 5 hours or so... I smoked everything and I substituted water with Absinthe for seven days in a row.
Guess what? I looked like an emaciated 15-yrs-old stoner...
