Hey Mod dudes,

I know we have tonnes of forums already. But perhaps a forum for peoples journals and bootcamps etc is not a bad idea.

Just put all that stuff in a forum of its own.

there are so many new forum ideas all the time, do not expect any to actuly be created, as you can see they just dont wnat to clutter up the boards with to many forums, it also spreads the posts between many forums so it issolates it all! there is no point aksing for a new forum the chances of it happening are zero

Even better would be a forum for users who have been members for a year or more, which could be viewable by all users but have restricted post privledges.

I think that would address much of the complanceny among experienced uses and allow newer users to "discuss" issues that are "new" for them but old to others without being RTFMed or UTFSBed.

i have a solution! you do not want the main boards cluttered up with to many forums so why not set up a 2nd set of forums like a new discusion board, have a link to it from this board, allow all the new forums there this will shut people up and it may keep the main board cleaner as people will post the 'weird stuff' on the 2nd board.

We used to have a forum for weird stuff. It was called Unusual Techniques. That's where all the batsh*t crazy people congregated and talked about their glowing balls of energy or some sh*t like that.
