“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey what’s up guys I’ve been lurking around here for a few months now and just been digesting as much information as possible. I know that there are a bunch of other boot camps out here, but I feel that this will be the best way to break out of my shell. I’ve attempted this in the past and have not had much success, but this time I am more motivated than I have ever been. I am getting other areas of my life(school, work, fitness, etc) handled and this area is a huge part for me.

I plan on going way out of my comfort zone, and no matter the outcome, I know that I will improve and learn so much. I have read all of the articles for week 1 and feel that I am ready to get this boot camp started. I will be starting Tuesday and will aim to get out and do the exercises for atleast an hour or more every day.

Age: 20
Status: I have had moderate success with girls in the past but my biggest problem is that I just have never really tried that hard to meet new women. So this boot camp should help out a lot in changing that.
Goals: Overcome fear of approaching, gain confidence, and of course to FINISH THIS whether it takes 8 weeks or more.

So thanks for reading guys and I’ll try to update this post as much as possible.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Welcome to the bootcamp bud. Remember that if u fail a week, do it over again(Except if u almost complete Week1 as the other ones will matter more).... And if u can't finish week 1 fully, still move on to Week 2 but that's really only if u think all 50 of those hi's aren't needed.
I await ur progress!

Week 1 Day 1

Hey thanks for the comments Jose, just read your Bootcamp journal, awesome work so far, I hope to be at your level at some point.

Well I got up today and there was a lot of snow outside, so immediately that was the first excuse my mind gave me to not go out and get started. But I said screw it and got up and went to the gym. I tried to practice the EC there before I hit Walmart later on and I got in 2 hi's at the gym, one of which was a hot girl coming out of the locker room.

Afterwards I went to Walmart to work on the EC and get in a few more hi's. Making eye contact with people for longer periods of time is definitely more difficult than I thought it would be. But once I did the exercise for an hour, I was definitely much better at it and felt much more confident. I also got in 5 more hi's there and one older lady after I asked her "how she was doing" in the shoe section, I ended up talking to her for like 5 minutes and she wanted me to try on some shoes because she thought my feet might be the same size feet as her son's.

Week 1 Day 2-5

Alright, haven't had much time to post on here with updates, been pretty busy, but been out there doing the bootcamp.

Day 2

Was glad the snow finally went away, went to the mall for the second hour of eye contact and felt much more natural and confident with that. Got in 8 hi's on Day 2.

Day 3

Didn't go anyplace specifically for the bootcamp on Day 3, but got in 6 his altogether.

Day 4

Went to a buncha different places(mall, bookstore, gym, school) and got in 14 his and it's starting to feel much easier and like something I just do now, so it's helping a lot.

Day 5

Got out quite a bit again today and got in 7 his today. I don't know, I was feeling real sluggish when I got up and didn't wanna get out and do it, but I just pushed myself and was happy with the results. So here's my Week 1 totals so far.
