"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

So there's this girl in my grade. She's...average. Definitely not a personality I dig at all though. I wouldn't be caught dead with this chick.

She's in a loose group of friends with a lot of girls I've 'worked' and am continuing to 'work' on, including my girlfriend. She has a very obvious attraction towards me.

No big deal right?

It's starting to get very annoying. She will go out of her way occasionally to disrupt conversations with me and my girl it seems, she IMs me constantly with no point--she just knocks herself around, "I'm fat I'm ugly I have no friends my life sucks" etc..plays the sympathy card then compliments me and laughs at whatever I say.

I can't be direct with her and just say "please just give up" like I want to, because someone as emotionally fragile as her would have a breakdown, I think. I wouldn't be able to handle doing that to her. I try to be nice to her, but show absolutely no attraction or DJing towards her whatsoever.

I've brought this up to my girlfriend, she doesn't have any ideas either.

Also, let's say I go fvck it and tell her she's a pest, she would cry and complain to alllllll the girls she knows about how I was a d*ck to her. Wouldn't exactly help the rep.

I could of course just put up with it, but it's starting to get pathetic on her part and I want her to be able to get over me.

(finally, an attraction comes right to me like we all wish it could, and it had to be this chick)

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Pretty easy just cut ALL communications between the both of you, eventually she'll give up. Or let your girlfriend straighten things out. If you don't pretty soon she'll drag you down to her level and ruin ur life.

Just tell her to fvck off. Afraid of having her breakdown? You're doing a much better job of letting her live in lalaland.

I have this problem with annoying girls bothering me. When she IMs you online, just ignore her. It'll sometimes take a while, but eventually they will get the point. She butts into conversations? Once again, ignore her... She will get the picture. What is she gonna tell her friends? "He's ignoring me.. that means he's a ****!" Her friends probably wont think less of you bro. Hope that helps. No need to tell her to **** off. I made this mistake back when and I regret it after I found out she was obsessed with me for a while and tried suicide! Jeez.. psycho chicks!

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

ahhhh i used to have girls hanging around like this. everytime she immed, i'd fall into the trap and answer and shed ask me if she was fat why no one loved her and whisks her away, then tell me how great i am and laugh at every christforsaken thing i said. jesus i hated that chick, its like watching holocaust films its so depressing.

i just started ignoring her and not picking up...girls eventually do get weary of a guy who never ims her back and never picks up her calls. but DONT decide you're overdoing the lack of communication and answer her or reply... one time is all she needs to keep gonig longer. you gotta run the distance :woo:
