Neither. If you do go that route, you can either spend a bit more and get a weighted vest, or save some money and fill a bookbag/backpack/rucksack with heavy **** and go for a run.

The weighted vest sounds like a grand idea. I think I'll invest in one of those. Thanks for the answer mate.

bought some ankle weights about 3 yrs ago. Used them everyday for a week, except when sleeping. When i took them off i felt a difference for about 10 minutes. Useless junk IMO. Fun to fck around with though
