“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'd make a log (get scale that measures body fat, masscle mass, etc) and see what works best for me.

Warboss Alex's advice here - to eat more calories than I eat - does not work for me when it comes to loosing weight.

The only thing that worked was logging and adjusting for maximum effect.

This guy and his followers even have a nerve to say that I will loose muscle. Several months in and I gain muscle, not loose it. Lost credibility right there.

Don't assume advice from this site is correct, don't assume advice from that site is correct, your body is unique, you gotta fine tune everything to fit your body.

haha those do look like numbers i'd put up there. Just to make a point clear. When i throw out numbers here i'm assuming your probably pretty skinny in the 120-180 range and just need to eat some damn food for the first time in your life. So i keep the protein 2g per lb as a default and i keep the carb numbers sort of high fat moderate. The reason i do this is because i'm making a big generalized assumption that the people on here are not eating enough food to be gaining muscle so with those numbers at the very least they'll be eating enough food. They could be really bad numbers for some people and to really know i'd have to do more questioning see pics etc, but as a starting point to get some results i rather have someone eat to much than to little.

Could you possibly maybe not be a whiny little snot and make less snide remarks? I know it's the cool thing in young guys' illiterate circles, usually about 18, but most other places it doesn't go over too well.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
