"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

I've been hanging out with a girl since late january. Lots of kino going on, but we've only kissed and haven't taken it to the next level yet. She told me right from the start that she'll never sleep with a peson without knowing them a bit first.

I try to mix-up the singals that I've been giving her. One week I'll give her some attention, the next week I'll act like a bit of a jerk. A few weeks ago she thought that I was mad at her and she told me she thought about me all week, which I took as a good sign.

Anyway, we went out to a bar last weekend. We talked a bit, had some kino going on and all of that. I turned my back for a few minutes and saw that she was talking to some guy. I took this as my cue to leave for a little while. I went to the other side of the bar where she couldn't see my for about 20 minutes. I came back and she was upset because she thought I had left her. I was kind of pissed because I thought that it was obvious that we both had something going on together, but she was talking to that guy. Of course I didn't come right out and say anything to her about it. I sort of ignored her the rest of the night and did my own thing. The entire car ride home I didn't really say a word and she had asked me what was wrong. I insisted nothing, and she immediately grabbed my hand and started acting all romantic with me again. She knew what was up. I reluctantly kissed her good night and she confronted me about it the next day, asking me if her talking to that guy was the reason I was angry...she insisted it was just some guy that she knew. I think I may have come off as a jealous prick accidentally. Do you think that there is any possible way to fix that?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
