Am I moving out of the friend zone?

Alright, some of you guys may know about this chick I have posted about before, said she wont kiss me because she thinks it would be wierd, i am on messenger with her right now, and she says:

you want one you can have it i suck anyways at it now i love you your like a bf to me so why not

Do you think this is a positive sign, or is she just playing games with me?

unfortitantly I cannot see her until atleast the weekend, she is still in high school and I am in college and work a job, so I dont really have time to see her every day

That sentance makes no sense, when you call he and actually understand what she's talking about then you can make another post.
