"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

alright soo... my girlfriend was in canada for a week. she just got back today. i took friday off of work just to hang out with her, and now i find out she made plans to hang out with her friend on friday. her friend is going back to school this weekend, and my gf wanted to hang out with her since she might not see her for a month or two. my girlfriend also wants me to come over to her house tonight since she hasn't slept in her own bed in a week and her dad probably misses her. and i'm just getting annoyed and pissed off because i'd rather her come over here and we spend all day friday together.

ugh anyhow.. i'm too stuck on this girl, what should i do?
i'm thinking having a friend call, tonight while i'm with my gf, and i pretend i'm talking to them and go, sure, i'll come over at around 3 tomorrow?
and then my gf will ask who it is, i'll tell her it's a female friend, and that i'm gonna hang out with her since you're busy tomrrow.

any other ideas?
note: this is my first ltr.. that's why i'm making a big deal out of this.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Your not really getting jealous, but your getting whiny over something that's retard to whine about! Cut your girl some slack, its not like she's flaking or blowing you off. Long term relationships are about compromising and learning. It doesn't make you less of a man if you go to her place, especially if she was gone for a month.

And that idea you have about trying to get her jealous with the female friend thing....LOL, that's super lame dude! It might work in getting her jealous, but pull that card enough and she'll be the one hanging out with her other "friends" while you wonder what's up.

Just relax, nothing to panic over. Things seem to be going well, don't fuvk up a good thing, by whining like a 4 year old.
