"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Long story short:

-girl I knew from a long time ago meets up with me
-we have tons of fun, a lot of similar interests
-she thinks this is great; mentions all the things we have to do together
-she's in a long-distance relationship
-Over the last 4 months, she'll text me for dinner or movies, etc. I haven't met up with her for any of it except for that first time.
-Is she just using me to fill the gap while her bf is out of state without any of the benefits?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

4 months is wayyyyyy too long dude. It's one thing to not show neediness, but at the same time you have to keep her interested. You push the envelope until you get resistance, 4 months is way too long to sit and analyze her

Reason it was so long is because after that first meetup, I decided to forget about her and move on with my other things. I made a good enough first impression that she would still text me, but it wasn't until recently that I decided to give this another go.

Shes in an ltr just bang her. She needs to fill a void in her life. That void is sex.

Right now she sees you as her GAY best friend. Try and get her into bed and if that fails then just ignore her and focus on other females.

It sucks that it seems like I was automatically put in those terms (whether due to her having a boyfriend or not). I don't think I'm skilled enough to try to bed someone who has already seen me like that yet, so I'll probably just ignore her again.
