"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Hey guys I need a little help on this one. I was working out for a while but still eating the same things as before. I was able to drop 20 lbs or so. Then it was the next step, so I started eating better, like Oatmeal and chicken and soups and salads. At the same time i was uping my protein intake a lot. Well I couldn't loose any more weight. I was still eating quite a few carbs though. So I figured it was this causing the problem, so cut way down on my carb intake. No more milk and only 1 or 2 pieces of bread. Well the bottom line here is I tried to continue drinking my whey protein shakes with water. I almost threw up, i just can stand the taste of it with water. My question is is there anything i can mix with the water to make it taste better? or anything else i can mix it with other than milk? Or any particular type of whey protein that tastes better with water? I really don't want to drink milk right now because i am noticing results by doing so. Thanks

protein balls:

1 cup protein powder
1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup high fiber bran cereal crunched up (i put it in a ziplock bag and use a cookie rollor to crunch it)
1/4 cup of chocolate chips (you can chop them up if you want)

mix everything very well and when its done mixing roll them into balls. make sure you refrigerate them.

Mix your shake with Skim Milk.

A 500ml serving has about 1 g of fat and 8 g of protein.

I've tried mixing it with water and almost pukes as well.

hey bman... don't flame me, I'm just wondering something.

He said he was cutting down on the milk so he could continue his weight loss... won't the chocolate and peanut butter counter or be even more than that milk?? Just a tho't, in this specific case...

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Cut the amount of the protein shake you use in half. They make the stuff too sweet.

Example cut the protein powder serving in half, add skim milk, ice cubes and a banana. Yes you get half the protein, but your body can only absorb so much protein at a time anyways. (One study said something like 30 grams in a meal is all that gets used)

So break it up into smaller amounts, it sure improves the taste in my opinion. I can't stand stuff that's too sweet.
