“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I thought the community may find this interesting...

I just heard about these today, and they sound pretty incredible. Apparently you can sleep as little as 2-3 hours a day and be perfectly refreshed by training your body to go directly into REM sleep (essentially by depriving yourself of sleep for the first week). There are two popular ones I was researching...

Uberman Sleep Schedule - six 20-30 minute naps every 4 hours. It's supposed to be extremely difficult to get into this rhythm, most people fail. But the people that do get on this schedule seem to love it. They say they feel incredibly refreshed from just 2-3 hours of sleep, and have tons of extra free time.

Everyman Sleep Schedule - one core sleep of 1-4 hours, and between two and four 20-30 minute naps (# depends on length of core sleep) throughout the day. Apparently this is a much easier schedule to get on, but consequently doesn't give quite as much free time.

I'm really intrigued by this, and I'd like to give it a try. Has anyone ever tried one of these? If so, I'd really like to hear about your experience. If you've never heard of it and you're interested and want more info, just google "uberman sleep schedule". Steve Pavlina has a blog about when he tried it out, definitely makes for an interesting read.

Also....I'm curious what effect this little sleep would have on muscle growth....any thoughts?

apparently great men in history have done the uberman; Churchill and I think Edison were the most notable

Steve Pavlina also did this and vouches for it. He details every day for a couple months about how hard it was to get started, and how awesome it was once he got into the rhthym...
but one of the reasons he quit (not that it wasn't working) was that he could never sleep with his wife. valid reason IMO
