“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

For one example, sleep apnea can cause you to get little, if any quality sleep. This produces daytime exhaustion (and a propensity for napping) but an inability to get to sleep at night (your body's clock never resets properly).
I can get to sleep fine, sleep for however long, and still wake up feeling tired. It sucks.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Sleep apnea is a breathing problem and, if I'm not mistaken, not considered a form of insomnia.
no, but it's probably the leading cause of poor sleep quality.

as i understand it (i saw a doc awhile back when i was carrying more of me around), sleep apnea is:

a) very strongly correlated to neck-size (not sure whether or not this applies if your neck is rock solid muscle)

b) by definition present if you snore (caused by an full or partial obstruction, which is by definition apnea).

c) exacerbated by my drugs of choice, caffeine & alcohol

if somebody says they regularly go to sleep on time, seem to sleep straight through for at least 8 hours, and are never satisfied with that sleep, that says to me the quality is low, probably you're rarely reaching or staying in state of deep sleep, with some distraction, either internal or external rousing you from time to time.

Are you on a high carb diet?
Nah been on a TCD for a long while. Doesn't seem to matter what I eat; I have a permanent 'tiredness' throughout the day. I'm pretty sure it's some kind of sleep disorder as I know I wake up a lot during the night and sometimes don't remember doing it (I filmed myself sleeping :p ).

Actually I do have a very difficult time falling asleep, and I rarely stay asleep throughout the night. This is part of the reason that I can't sleep before 12, because I am so frustrated with the laying in bed for hours. I do get my best sleep when I have those extra 2-3 hours to just sit alone and think to myself. But if I could then I would like to go to bed before 12 and wake up before 9. I am thinking about trying one last time to get on that sleep schedule, and if I can't then I guess I'll just go with 2:30AM to 11:00AM.

How did you do that? I dont wanna disturb myself and I dont know any camera that has nightvision, let alone a tape with 8 hours on it.

I have similar problems. 1-2 hour sleepy time when I wake up before Im fully awake. I can do everything, even take tests, but I still dont feel fully awake until about 2 hours after I wake up. During the first 30 minutes maybe, I sometimes feel sick and extremely tired. It goes away pretty quick though.

Also more hours doesn't really seem to help out. Sometimes it might even be worse. I have bags under my eyes which seem to be getting a little better.

The one thing that makes me doubt any sleep disorder is that I can NEVER EVER EVER fall asleep during the day. Even during the most boring bio movies, I can never fall asleep. The only time I can is if I go outta town, where it's a lot hotter than Im used to, and during the car ride back, i'll fall asleep after a whole day.
