I just started taking this stuff. It's supposed to improve creatine uptake in your muscles aswell as increase muscle glycogen stores.

I'm taking 250mg before each meal and post workout.

Has anybody else tried this stuff?

I'll post my results.

Yeah ive been looking into this too. Additionally, it is an excellent anti-oxidant. Be a while before the longer term benefits will be known. I am getting a supply in soon and will then take it year round. Taken small amounts up until now but am going to up the dose. Big with the anti-aging crowd and good for the skin apparently, which cant be bad. Interesting to see how people do on it.
