So now the *defense* is allowed to make Sh1t up to slander the person she killed.....She and her lawyers are in full slander the dead mode. It was already proven false when investigators went through all his electronic items etc. and found nothing to even hint at him being that way.

But in the end the dead cant defend themselves which is why the courts supposed to stand up against such bullsh1t.

An accused person has the right to defend herself in any manner that she wishes, so I'd wait for the verdict before declaring it a kangaroo court. But it will be sad day indeed if the jurors buy her sob story.

On a side note, the contrast between her appearance in the old photographs and her "court persona" is quite interesting. Platinum blonde in photographs and a bookish librarian in front of the court.
