After I squat my ass off or deadlift I lose my breath which I think is normal after squatting a lot but a minute later it feels like my hearing is almost gone but I can still hear and I have to sit down. Does anyone know what's causing this? I think its dehydration or my asthma.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

It's neither it's just pressure buildup. It happens to me sometimes, especially after 20 rep squats. It lasts about 2-3 minutes.

It doesn't really matter. I usually sit down. Just breathe, calm your heart down, and it'll pass.
