You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Yes, possibly because you don't leave the house. Always online. Showing the world who is boss over a computer screen. An unfunny, half-witted, small minded and boring fool. You can probably program computers like there is no tommorow. Well done boy. Real social interaction? You couldn't handle it.I'm like this in real life too.
Whatever you say, troll.Originally posted by WesCottII

Incedently, if you don't give two ****s. Stop answering. Very moronic.
That's funny. Your profile says you registered this October.Dont dismiss me because i have few posts. I've been around here for a long time. Since 2002 infact.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Which school of investigation did youu gradute from? I was Sherlock holmes U. You must have been the Miss Marple institute.Originally posted by Sexy_Malibu

But... but... but Squirrels! A moderator once closed a thread so now I must devote my life to following them around from thread to thread whining about it and comparing it to Nazism, fascism, et cetera.Originally posted by squirrels
Fvcking internet is rife with geeks and losers who have nothing better to do than raise chaos on an INTERNET MESSAGE BOARD.

You forgot option four: His old user name wasn't anywhere NEAR as kick-ass cool as WesCottII.Originally posted by Sexy_Malibu
Gee... that never occured to me. [/sarcasm]
So which scenario is it:
(1) You were banned and came crawling back as someone new
OR
(2) You created a new-newbie username because you're a chicken
OR
(3) You're so smart you forget your original passwords
??
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Yeah, using my own second name was a stroke of genius on my part. Shame the two best names were takenOriginally posted by Giovanni Casanova

Dude, it's all right. Not everyone can have a name as cool as Giovanni Casanova.Originally posted by WesCottII

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
I don't want my posts taken down. I am just angry at the direction this site is taking. It's as if the majority of the people who have joined since I was here last have not grown a bit, give horrible advice, are immature and there's not enough mature posters around anymore to set a good example for the newbies. One of the root causes of that problem is that somewhere along the line the sense of community was lost. The moderation policies of some are contributing to that problem and rather than listen and recognize it when it's pointed out, some of the moderators get defensive and start flaming anyone who disagrees with them or voices concerns. Arguments ensue and you get 9 page threads that Allen takes one look at, shakes his head and goes out to have a few beers in disgust.Originally posted by Don Ronny
Boy.. I am glad I only read this last page.
WTF is wrong with some of you?
My 2 cents....
Legally WYldfire doesnt have a case. She clicked "I Agree" on the disclaimer page and has forfeited the rights to her work. Case closed.
My only question is..what does Allen have to say about all this?
cheers mate! *holds up 6th beer*Originally posted by Wyldfire

For the record I agree with you on some points. I think it's sad that Allen doesnt address the big concerns here. He is asleep at the wheel and the site is suffering for it. It seems that the mods are being hired without much thought, just to handle the massive loads of posting that this site attracts. But doesnt it occur to you that modding is no easy task? I dont think any of these guys get paid (or laid) to do this.....umm except maybe Gio, who is banging a forum member (way to go, dude!)Originally posted by Wyldfire

Now see , ya just gone and proved my point, Vinnie. Mods are not supposed to tell posters to "go f*ck themselves" I am very surprised that you are allowed to post sh!t like this, as it sets the wrong example.Originally posted by Vincent
To quote boondock saints
"Make like a tree and go f*ck yourself."
Flame wars are fun, yes, but modderating isn't a job. Its something we volunteer for.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
