"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I swear that half of these post about change/life/improvement are all variations of the same things:

make goals
women not priority
be confident
etc
etc
blah blah blah

The fact is if you read one, you've read them all. Everyone feels compelled to be inspirational and put their own spin on each of the same stuff.

Sure you can read it and may get motivated. I am sensing a lack of diversity however.

Well here are some different tips:

BE LIGHT HEARTED: I don't know how many times I have met people who are humor robots. They never laugh at themselves or anything in their lives. I believe this is an important characteristic. To be my friend you must make me smile. It shows that you know everyone isn't perfect and makes people feel at ease around you. I personally think people who can't take time to laugh at some of their situations are the most uncool people in the world. Some guys may look all fresh and whatever, but are stones when it comes to entertaining anyone. Life is not meant to be so serious. Don't try to be TOO CONFIDENT and act like a tough guy that doesn't give a sh_t about anything but himself. I might as well hang out with a wall all night. Relax a little.

TAKE A STEP BACK: Things eventually will come through for everyone. Understand that. Know it. Look at people around you and realize all the stuff that has had to happen for them to get where they are. Look at your parents and think how amazing it is they ended up where they are. People have failures and sucesses. Each one building up to a certain future. I am not talking about a direct fate, but rather the fact that there is a point in your life when you look back and realize all of the decisions you took made you end up where you are. That test you are stressing about and about will come and go. If you have taken :D a test, then stop and let it go. A, B, or F it does not matter because it is done. Let everything go that causes worry. Once you do this you will find that things make more sense. You will wonder why that girl keeps talking trash about some other girl and whats the point of it. Why Johhny Loverboy is so affraid to let his guard down and actually be a fun guy to be around. Or why you are so wrapped up about a certain girl and are not sure how to proceed. Just proceed and an outcome will happen!

I just got kind of bored. The weather here in PA is getting better by the day.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Lol, apart from your ****y, tongue-in-cheek "sosuave sucks" part...good post :D

I especially like the "take a step back" part. The belief that everything will work out in the end is so powerful...

Well, my personal take on all this is that the inner game is the most important thing to change. Tactics and pickup lines are not going to help if you don't have the confidence to deliver them. People have to change thier inner game, and with that the rest will come.

And as we all know, repetition is one of the greatest teachers.

If you keep hearing something over and over again, if you keep reading something over and over again, if you keep doing something over and over again, it becomes you. Just make sure it's a positive thing.

Yes this is true that I am somewhat ****y. I didn't say sosuave sucks, I am saying there should be some different tips on here once in awhile.

Just random kinda cool quote

"Its not the strongest or most intelligent species that survives,
rather the most reactive to change." ~Evolutionist

I do agree with repitition and I have tried to include some things I have learned here. But really, I am sure we can all rattle off the basics by now.
