"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Ok, I'm slipping into this belief and I'm interested how you might challenge that statement.

Along with it comes- 'If you want a gooden, your going to have to steal her'.

I keep going through this loop of giving up finding a sane, happy good looking 30 something and end up with a 20 something for a few weeks before I realise it's a substitute for what I really want.

I'm after someone who matches my long term partner critera, sane, fun, nice looking, intelligent and not too dippy. Plus they must be mentally up for kids over the next 3- 5 years before my sack reaches the floor. Is this too much to ask for, surely not?

Another 'idea' I have is that these women have more scarcity value than your Bimbos, because lets face it, how many thin, good looking women are there in their early thirties compared to the 18-25 group.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

i love how people of both sexes always say 'all the good ones are taken' as if there was ever tons and tons of "good ones"

there never were, are or will be many good ones. just because people are "taken' doesnt mean they were ever good.

most people are selfish and really only care about themselves. whether they display that 1 month, 1 year, 10 years or 20 years into a relationship, usually it boils down to that. most relationships are built on mutual narcissism.

so, stop worrying about age (who cares if they are 20, 30, 40 or whatever) and start focusing on character.

if you want to meet a "good one" try volunteering. the good women, the ones who actually care about other people just as much, if not more, than themselves, are often out volunteering and helping people. And ill tell you, it really is amazing how a "cute" woman because drop dead out of this world gorgeous when you like who she is on the inside. it's also amazing how the hottest women, after you've been with them for a bit, become more like snakes wrapped around your neck, squeezing your self respect and enjoyment of life right out of you.

people's actions speak louder than words. so if you just want a hot looking woman, hang out at the gym. if you want a caring and kind woman, do volunteer work.

anyway, just my 2 cents.

So what your saying is, I should hang out with the Sally Anne for a while. Well women in uniform do turn me on, but I'm pretty sure if they were half decent, they will be taken and even less likely to be converted to the role of Mrs Alpine.

I do some charity work and voluntary work, purely for the concept of contribution and something that is really important to me. Unfortunately I find most of the theoretically 'nice' people who are also involved have other, less charitable agendas.

However, I feel I must challenge some of my perceptions, I think they are slightly skewed and need to stand back, without emotion about the situation.

I also think I'm thinking too much at the moment.
