agressive diet, creatine, and sleep patterns making me an unbalanced person?

my diet lately has been pretty aggressive, including lots of fat an protein. I've also been consuming creatine (10g a day). I sleep from about 2-10 on mwf and 4-12 on t/th.

since the beginning of the semester, I have become a bipolar, extremely emotional person. Ive never been like that. I'll have extreme ups and extreme downs. I'll be angry for no reason (my shins hurt because of kicking the punching bag so much calling it muay thai training).

my mom mentioned it might be the creatine and sleep patterns that have turned me into this. any of you experienced that?

it might be the creatine because it supplys more ATP in the muscles and it might make your body want to get physical -if that makes any sense,it might make you tense from the extra energy and want to get rid of it,antsy ,aggitated etc. plus, more fat means higher blood pressure which could also lead to aggressive behavior.you're getting enough sleep from the looks of it...how is your sugar level? bipolar like symptoms are usually from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) say you drink something with alot of sugar in it,you get hyper for a bit..and they you become groggy,tired and aggitated...

you do not need creatine 10g a day. 3g or so will do fine. And you do not need a loading period.

I sleep bad also. I have kinda same problem, I am kinda angry for no reason, and my head hurts. i went to the doctor he said it might be the sleeping reason! It also might be from chinese food and from eating too much chocolate. So WATCH what u eat! The best thing for u to do is go see a doctor!! Thats what they are for!
