Never ever say a girl is pretty because you will only get these reactions:
1) She plays hard to get
2) She loses interests because you're too easy (when things become scarce you want them more)
3)You scare her away (very unlikely, but still....)
This comes not from "academic" analysis, but from reality. The most likely reaction is the first one. Hence, I have found no benefit in confessing you find someone hot (if I contradict by own earlier speeches, so be it
)
