Age Limits suck

So I just have to say that I really hate the whole 18 and under thing sucks big time.

I'm 21, and I manage a fairly large staff...both men and women who are younger/older than myself. The age range that I manage is 16-40+

I have to say, chicks in their later teens (17, 18, 19) are all about wanting that older, experianced guy.

They also are attracted to power, looks, status, etc...everything that I have.

In other words, I manage a bunch of attractive 17 year old chicks who have all told me each that they want me (lol) and that they would do anything for me.

Does anyone here know what kind of hell that is?

You go to work every day and have to deal with a bunch of under age hot ass chicks that want you, who aren't afraid to show it.

There's been a number of times where I have been alone with one of these chicks and they do something that is on the brink of what I would define as....foreplay....and everytime I'm like NO! lol....Jail SUCKS!

One of these girls actually started taking her shirt off in my office...an office that gets frequent use by everyone....do you guys have any idea how bad/exhilerating it is to have some 17 year old chick start stripping down in your office? Lol...

I wish I wasn't 21.

Go to www.ageofconsent.com You'd be suprised at the age limit, while most poeple think its 18 sometimes its actually as low as 16.

I dont think you should be doing chicks who you are the boss of though. That's very wrong and exploiting your working relationship. I don't know who you work for but many employers really look down on that.

Yeah, a lot of places it is actually 16. BUT, if you are in a position of authority over the person, it goes back up to 18.

Thats why its hell all day long. I can't bring myself to do that.

Can you imagine what would happen if someone found out that a minor was being boned by her older boss? Lol...I'm guessing that I would be informing people that I live next door to them in a very short time.

I just had to vent about this...its ridiculous because most of the other managers all know about this whole thing, and everyday they are like "GO FOR IT"

Believe me I want to, but I can't. Lol....


What makes it worse, is that these girls are young, and fairly inexperienced...they see me, and they think...damn...I want some of that...lol..and I'm not making that up...they've actually said it.

Are you kidding me? He's 21, they're ~18. Obviously this isn't going to be a career for any of them. Sounds to me like a retail job anyway - when I worked at A&F do you have any idea of how many girls my manager friends went through that worked for them? Virtually every girl in the store had slept with one of them at some point in time... If they want it, give it to 'em.

In TX its 17. If you're 21 with a 17yr old I doubt a prosecutor is going to waste time with you... unless theres political gain in store.

I can't help but to thik this is really sick. Sorry guys but why would you want to mess with a 17 year old anyways? wouldnt you want the experienced ones at 21? but then again if i were you and really wanted it i would go for it, hey they even might want to get a higher position at the jb and thats why they are doing it... have you ever heard of climbing that corporate ladder?

You WORK with these women. Not just that, you SUPERVISE them. I'd be VERY careful with that sh!t.

They may be just teasing you to get you to give them what they want (more money, more vacation, less work, etc).

Make a REAL move and you may end up slapped in the face with a sexual harassment suit. The fact that they're minors certainly doesn't work in your favor there.

Try getting a job after that sh!t.

While hooking up with 17 year olds is tremendously fun and legal in most places, hooking up with them when they think they'll get a promotion out of it is most definately illegal.

They can turn around and threaten to sue you (and your company) for quid pro quo sexual harassment...and that is most assuredly not cool.

maybe their looking for a raise. Since your the youngest guy in charge they'll know your easier to persuade.

It's considered staturated rape is you have consentual sex with someone underage.But it's not like either of you guys are gonna tell anyone.

Wow! Just looked at the legal age of consent site. 14 in Canada!? Didn't realize it was soo low.

And just make sure I don't come off as a creep, im 18. Besides I usually only date girls 1 or 2 years younger than me or the same age as me.
