A 27 year old with a 47 year old, age probably isn't a number for some of you guys but I think there's more to this than what you may see.

Sometimes people get into relationships because of not so honest reasons. Hey, not to dump cold water for you old guys but if you think pulling a gal 15-20 years younger is something to be proud of, go talk to Paul McCartney and ask him the price it cost him when he married/divorced that much younger one legged woman.

Well I know it's not about money. She told me he bounced a very small check when they were together. It's not about personality. She told me he's super jealous and cries about getting back together. I think it's just attraction...a combination of social status, looks ect.

And as I said previously, just because a guy can attract much younger women doesn't mean you would necessarily date one. My point was it's useful not to carry this limiting belief around.

I fail to see the link between the age difference and how badly he got screwed.

If you think it would have been different with an older woman, you obviously haven't yet learned that women do grow older but they rarely "grow up".

the girl I was involved with gave me the old speech about "I still have feelings for my ex and I think we might try to work things out".

Well guess what? She is 27 and he is 47! And here she's choosing him over me and I am much closer to her age.

Yes, you are right. All relaitonships with 15-20 year age difference end up like this. Just ask John McCain for example, the fellow married a wife 18 years younger than him. 30 years and numerous kids later she is still with him. Even though she is an heiress and makes millions a year, I bet she married him so she could steal his pathetic pension checks every month, what a money grabbing b1tch!

Age is not important to this particular woman, because for her a man is just a source of attention and adoration. But age Is very important to most of the women out there you'll be meeting. For these women, the magnitude of this age difference is a Deal breaker. .

True as this may be, it is to the man's benefit to marry a woman as young as is feasible. Of course, she has to be ready for marriage, mentally stable etc..etc.. But, a man can only benefit from marrying much younger. If there are any negatives, they are for the woman, possibly. So, it is upto the man to overcome any objections and mate with much younger women.

I agree with the guy who said to dress current, stay in shape, and take care of yourself.

I am 30 years old and I am having one of the best streaks of my life. I am currently dating a 21 yr old, the other night I had a 19 yr old naked in my bed, and there are numerous others in the background.

I have found that the age thing needs to be worked like this: Instead of thinking that you are too old for a girl, put it in her mind that she's too young for you, and they will fight each other for your attention.

I like 19 year olds because we both think I'm rich... ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

The age issue used to worry me intitially - especially battling it out in the singles trenches. Once you embrace the DJ lifestyle its not an issue. The majority of young batchelors in their 30's have not made it in life. Starter job, crappy car & living with their folks. A guy my age is a huge catch, just remember that society does not condemn a successful man marrying someone 20 years younger than them. I wont remarry but that does not stop them trying to ensnare me lol. Anyway, women my age are on the whole bitter old hags whose plumbing does not even work. They are also trying to fvck younger guys (in denial that they still young) because they know that DJs my age are not interested, because we can do better.
