This has been nagging me for a while.
Now many of us here understand "the game" as in the things we can say and do around women that cause them to feel attracted to us. Great. This is _NOT_ what this post is about.
It is about this: Average joe spends most of his life trying to increase his social and financial status. He gets education, recognition, better jobs, more money, more friends, more possessions. He becomes more skilled at the things he does. He develops hobbies.
Now in some cases, these pursuits will result in average joe becoming naturally attractive to women. If your "hobby" happens to be becoming a rock star (Mick Jagger can score any girl he wants), you're in.
But in some sense, equal social status doesn't always mean equal buying power on the sexual market.
Was it Henry Kissenger that said "power is the greatest aphrodisiac"? Obviously he saw the connection between power (high social status) and attraction.
And we often talk about CEOs and politicians as individuals who posses power and social status, yet if you look at your average CEO or politician, you will usually find an average-looking wife (perhaps if only because she is as old as he is.)
Is it that these individuals have 'settled' with their wife and family and despite still feeling attraction for young, hot women, the fire has died down? Are they cheating on the side? Does a man's biology permit him to think of something other than sex twelve thousand times a day as he ages? (Being 22, I can only speculate.)
Bill Clinton got some action on the side with a young, relatively hot intern, so power was clearly an aphrodisiac for him. Does the same happen for George W. Bush?
Most women I know will deny feeling any attraction toward these older, high status males, yet Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, and who knows how many other older HSMs are able to score young, hot girls.
Your thoughts?
