"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

she even calls what we go on "dates".
That's the problem. Too many "dates," not enough sexytime.

I would reply: "If we can have sex from the next date and from now on, I don't mind taking it slow and being friends first."
Nice joke, but I'll treat it as serious advice...

Waaaaay too late for that. He already set the frame that he was non-sexual. This kind of stuff is what women b*tch about all the time: guys acting like eunuch "friends" and then, out of nowhere, getting all sexual. Usually happens once the guy finally gets fed up with the nice-guy act and "snaps," letting his true desires come out.

But that's very passive-aggressive and freaks chicks out. You gotta set the sexual frame very early or she'll eject in a hurry when you eventually get the nerve to try.

If you fail to set a sexual frame from the very beginning, you can either accept your LJBF status or go ghost.

Look up "ladder jumping." It always fails.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

This. You likely came on too strong or she never had high interest in you.
Not this. She wants him for free date only. He not getting sex. Saying something won't help. Too strong? He did nothing.

The best way to get what you want - sometimes - is to give her what she THINKS she wants. So, she said "don't waste your time on her?" Fine - don't contact her or ask her out. Next time she hits you up and says "Hey, wanna go do something," just respond with "Oooh, sorry, I can't - I've already made other plans for that evening." You don't have to say any more than that for her to get the idea that it MIGHT be you're going out with someone else. I did this one time with a girl who was on the fence about dating me (tried to kiss her & she backed away, said she wasn't ready, etc.); 2 weeks later I was banging the sh!t out of her, and one of the things she said changed her mind was when I told her I had "other plans" one day when she asked to hang out. It made her slightly jealous AND made her realize how much she enjoyed my company, and she stopped giving me the same B.S. excuses you're getting now.

Bottom line is, you're not with her to be her friend, nor do you owe her that. So, if she's giving you the LJBF lip service, reject it - you know what you want from her and what you're there for, don't accept any less.

Thank you! I felt that is a great idea since I didn't think it was over just yet. I'll keep you guys posted on how it goes going forward.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
