“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I came across this tip at muscle 101. Maybe others can give their tips on how to get energized and ready for your workout especially those who are in laborous jobs and those who put in long hours and want to workout or feel to pooped to try.

“A Simple Trick To Get Super Energy For Your Workouts!”
"Do You Find Yourself Too Tired To Go To The Gym After A Hard Days Work? Try This Simple Trick To Boost Energy Levels"

For most people, it takes a lot of mental energy and commitment to simply show up at the gym. Showing up is half the battle, because it’s a totally different matter to actually give 100% to your workouts. Especially for us trainers who are getting a little older and/or have to deal with every day situations of work and family life.

I remember when I was just starting out in the workforce, I used to say that the only problem with going to work was that in got in the way of my workout schedule. Prior to that, I simply did my school work and trained. Oh, how I missed those simple days when I had all the time in the world and most of it was dedicated to working out.

For a lot of us, this is a truth because coming home after work and than having to deal with everyday house hold life is stressful and can really hinder your training progress. I mean, who has the energy to go to the gym after you’ve put in 8, 10, or 12 hours of work?

There was a time when I would come home after a 12 hour shift at the steel plant and simply collapse on the couch, dead to the world with no motivation to get in the car let alone go to the gym. After a month of this, I had to get my ass to the gym. I had to figure out a way to get my energy levels up, without taking a nap because I knew that if I took a nap, I’d be out for the night! I also didn’t want to drink coffee because I wouldn’t be able to sleep the following night.

So, one day after coming home from work, I took a really cold shower. After I got out, I was super refreshed and ready to workout. I was ready to get going again because the shower woke me right up and I felt good.

You ever get home after a long, tired day at work, take a shower and magically you feel alive again? This is one simple trick to get your energy levels up. I know, some of you will disagree that you will probably take another shower after you’re done working out so what’s the use of taking a shower before hand. The thing is, you’re taking a shower before hand to actually wake up.

It works and I still do it to this day before I work out. I’ll take my pre workout shakes 15 minutes before my shower and after I get out, I feel good and clean. My workouts are fresh and energized. The way I look at it, is if you find something that works for you, use it and get the most from it. To this day, I always have a better workout if I take a shower before my workouts.

If you find yourself tired and lazy after a hard days work, try taking a shower before your workouts. I’m positive you’ll notice a big difference in the way you feel before your workouts.

Hmm.

Used to work out in the evening for years. A little over a year ago, I tried the mornings. Now I can't even imagine working out late in the day, that's my downtime.

Forget cold showers, warm showers, whatever. Just get your lazy arse out of bed earlier!
