affirmations are like Mantras...just keep repeating! it'll go deep in your subconscious mind (which is your character) and you'll see results!

i listen to a LOT of tapes....a lot a lot a lot.
i find them amazing.

i want to recommend, but i don't know if it is considered advertising or not! don't want to get kicked out on my first post!! lol
