true story this happened to me

So let's say you meet this hot girl. You are Don Juan you ignore her you play her you do ****. And at first it works she starts chasing you and all but all of a sudden she just doesn't care anymore. Well,he doesn't need me I don't need him either I have 20 AFCs cherishing me every day why would I care about you,who the **** do you think you are?

What I wanna say is I'm just confused sometimes,when you want a girl, you have to take guys around her as an factor too. Most of the girls like this are attention *****s but yeah Why would she chase you when she already has slaves and uses her looks as a whip?

True... but the AFCs don't turn her on. She likes the attention but the AFCs are nothing to her. Yes you have to wade through them, but it is easy to do if you just don't give a fvck about what any woman does, go after all women you are interested in and everything works out fine. The only time this sort of thing bugs you is when you lock onto a particular girl. Go after all women and be patient.

I get so sick of these stupid Sosuave/Manosphere theories....this being one of them where they tell guys to be a "challenge" by waiting a week to call her after you get her number (which means she's just going to forget who the hell you are) and act like you are busy all of the time (which means she's going to get her needs met from somebody else).

I honestly believe the Manosphere HURTS guys more than it HELPS. Not saying there's no helpful aspects, but it's these stupid a.ss theories, dumb a.ss cartoon characters, and religion like cult that's promoted that I think turns a small fire on the stove into a complete and utter house fire.

I do agree with you to a certain extent. A lot of the advice that men give other men actually hurts them.

If you are a friendly open guy that just reaches out to everyone and is over the top nice... and that is WHO YOU ARE, then you go with that. Will it hurt you with some women because they will interpret this as needy hyper pleasing behavior, sure. But in the long run you hurt yourself more by trying to pretend you are something you are not, because women pick up on that sh!t really fast. Being nice and open really only hurts you if it is behavior you only do when you are pursuing a woman.

I've seen a lot of guys coming on here and saying "I did this like a DJ.... and that like a DJ.... and she still rejected me." Well... the fact is she saw right through your act. Women are very intuitive, they know when you are pretending.

Much of the PUA garbage is played out, and it to a large extent does work on women who are just looking to hook up and need an excuse to do what they want to do anyway. And really only works for a very short period of time... and if all you want is one night stands and hook-up then that stuff does work.

Being a challenge only works if you really are a challenge AND she is interested in you. Waiting to call a week, and all the rules that people giving advice on dealing with women is only really helpful for a guy that is new to attracting women and need some form of discipline to keep from acting like an AFC.

Really the only thing a man can do which actually helps with women, is being the best person you can be. Do stuff that is interesting exercise, get in shape, REALLY work on your career, find something you like doing and have interest other than getting stoned and play XBox.

Exactly, put it like this, we have 24 hours in a day. 6 of those hours you are sleep, so that leaves 18 hours.

- About 8 hours you are at work
- About 4 hours you are studying/completing some sort of education
- About 1 hour you are stuck in traffic
- About 1 hour you are working out
- About 2 hours you are eating, getting dressed, bathing, planning calls, or some other down time

This should be about the schedule of most working adults, which means you have to squeeze women in somewhere. You shouldn't have to FAKE this, this shyt outta be your actual weekday schedule to the point of where MOST of your time with women can only come on the weekends.

But because PUA shyt mostly is targeted to broke, lazy, fat, losers.....who have no full time work, aren't completing any education, don't workout, etc.....they have MUCH MORE time on their hands to go sleep with (or potentially sleep with) mediocre bytches all day who also don't have shyt going on with their lives.

A working man shouldn't have that much time on his hands, but hey, that's just my opinion.

Agree with this. People forget that the PUA stuff is specifically designed to pick up sleazy girls in clubs for one night stands. Obviously these techniques have a very short shelf life - again, by design. Yet guys want to take that stuff and apply it to life universally.

But it always bugs me when I read a post talking about a girl who rejects the poster, who of course represents the alphas. And the guys she does choose to be around are, of course, all labeled as AFCs. Maybe some of these guys are not really AFCs but actually have some qualities the girl finds desirable. I really hate this whole game of labeling everybody by alpha, beta, or AFC.

It's not that big of a trick to not come off as needy and desperate. Sh!t, when I was growing up, if you kowtowed to your girlfriend, your male friends would give you a hard time endlessly, calling you pvssy whipped and such. I don't know what happened to men. I can't believe that every guy growing up today is such a wimp.

Agree. I hope I ve never referred to myself as alpha - didn't it originally apply only to gorillas. And if you ve seen my threads on motorcycles, learning languages, martial arts, career paths, study, cooking etc. you will know I m onboard with self-improvement.

However are not we just making a fuss about terminology? To me it's just shorthand. DJ = have a life. Beta = pvssy whipped. Won't threads be a bit long winded if we have to define philosophical approach every time?

Terminology is important but it's always bugged me how guys here are so dismissive of their fellow men in the real world. Especially if they are romantic rivals in any way. "She chose some AFC over me". Well, if she did, what does that make you? And maybe you are underestimating this guy. But no, the poster will come here and everyone will assure him "He's just a chump, she's not really turned on by him".

Especially when you consider probably 90% of the guys who came here are AFCs to begin with. But give them a week or two of indoctrination on the forum, and let them learn a PUA trick or two, and they are despising every man in the real world as "stupid AFCs messing up the world for us". I think there is a lot of self loathing going on here. Not every guy you see out in the world walking around with a chick is a sissy.

It's natural for men, I think, to think of themselves as superior to other men, and I think that tendency is at the heart of a lot of this. It's part of what makes us aggressive and competitive. Guys come here and read a few tips and think they have the secret that gives them the advantage over all other men, and it's really pretty silly. There's no information here that you can't find elsewhere, or that isn't out in the mainstream in some form or other. But here it is gathered together in a more comprehensive form.

Take it all on board, but in the field you need to put aside preconceived policy. This girl before you is unique. Have a lot of resources at hand, and go with your gut instinct. 9 times out of 10, following an idea in your head will blow you out of the water. Be spontaneous, lead, but also respond to her.

I take it that a DJ is a way of being [inner 'game'] as opposed to someone who knows all the rules of the so-called game. It is this grounded being that a woman is primarily attracted to. Everything else is just bells and whistles.
