I work with the public and there is a few of us who work in the office the thing is my 38 year old work colleague manages to pick up girls and he has a sorta AFC attitude. To put you in the picture this guy is 39 with greyish hair and average looks but he always picks up nice girls even when they come into our work. For example a few days ago a women aged 23 came in and all the guys were looking at her she was a perfect #10 and he said to get so when you gonna move in with me then so we can get married and she just laughed he later said ill go into town at the weekend and buy you a ring, he said this in a half hearted joking way but he definatly was attracted to her. Later on while she was in the waiting area he offered to make her a coffee ( i thought doing things like this was a big no no ). The girl came back into my work today and he said i forgot to get your ring at the weekend when she was leaving he escorted her to her car and started kissing her then she asked him out on a date....please explain.

I bet most of the people you worked with just gawked at the perfect 10 while he was the one that approached her - DJ does action.
He also was ****y and funny with her and she thought so too - another Dj quality
He offered to make her coffee not buy her coffee - there is a difference (shows he is in control of the situation and his surronding)
He read her High intrest rate when she came back for more and took a chance and kissed her and got her number - smooth operater.
Your coworker had enough confidence and knowledge to pull this off, you should learn a thing or two from him.
So what if he acts/looks kinda AFC - If a guy is able to close the deal and get her number + a kiss, he is a step ahead of the competition.

Well before i got into the dj stuff i thought he was a master then i seen alot of afc stuff he did but i see your point and i kinda see how he does it now - he is definatly confident makes gr8 eye contact and shows a " i can take it or leave it attitude " i might start to learn some stuff off this guy. Infact some of the stuff he knows is stuff you would think only alot of djs would know for example about women constantly testing and he also quoted one night how women dont like "wussys" now in england people dont use the word wussy i know for a fact he aint been on the sosuave site he must just be a natural.

Any action that you describe as AFC could be a deadly tool in some DJs arsenal. Besides, joking about marriage isn't AFC, and admitting you're attracted to girls isn't either. A few of the girls I've been with confided to me that one thing about me that turned them on was that I would act along the lines of "I'd do you, but there's others." Basically, I have no problem signalling to a girl I think she's attractive, the key is, even though she gets that I would fuck her, I'm in no way desperate and she is in no way the only girl out there.

Another newbie here infatuated with the term AFC, so the need to include it on the title was very important.
As DJDamage said it, the guy totally exhitibited the qualities that consistently pull women. The women, scially hot one, instantly recognize the traits and respond to them. Doesn't matter that he's 38, that might be an advantage, because the girl will say, "He's older, no wonder he knows how to act." He got ****y/funny,didn't gawk, didn't kiss ass, said something semi outrageous, got a laugh, all whle not supplicating, ala AFC (AFC, AFC, AFC, AFC, ooooohhh, I love to say that word, ooooooooh AFC, AFC, AFC,).
So young lads, learn from this example. A guy acting like a wuss (AFC, AFC, AFC, AFC, AFC, AFC) will always be a bigger turn-off than anything else. Rare is the man who knows how to handle those situations that in her mind, being a little older, or not very handsome, etc. is not as relevant.
I read somwhere that an AFC guy is to girls what an unnatractive, fat girl is to guys.

I agree with these other posts. I have a lot to learn, but I am no newbie. This guy actually had the balls to take what he wanted. I used to get all pissed off at friends or co workers who had game out of pure jealousy until I found out that learning from them works better than blasting them. He may be old, and look like a tool, but I stick to the mantra of controling the situation, controlling my actions, and exuding confidence instead of faking it. AFC is an attitude, not a look or a language.
