“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm a little surprised at the subject line of this thread. I've always gotten the impression that the manosphere looks down on aerobic exercises and favors resistance training instead.
You should change your name to Contrarianekko.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

i think youre confusing aerobic excercise with spinning or yoga
I would consider spinning aerobic exercise, yoga probably not.
Personally, I would consider any form of exercise to be good for you (within reason). I have read several articles saying that men shouldn't bother with aerobic exercises, but should simpy concentrate on weight lifting instead. That's what I was referring to in my first post. Just wanted to see what people had to say about it.

i know what you meant. i was just referncing the point that many people think aerobic exercise is something chicks would do = g@y. which is not the case at all
Aerobic exercise is something that people who want to live past 65 do.

Totally flaming g@y as fvck.

Do you know why women live longer than men? It's nothing inherent in their DNA. It's because they take better care of their bodies. Less tobacco, alcohol, and drugs on average. More exercise on average. Also more healthy and supportive social lives, on average.

PS: Even if they're a total b1tch, they can still find supportive social lives. Lol.

Really? Interesting. Sweating and getting your heartbeat up are essential components of fitness and health.

I think aerobic exercise (aka, cardio) may confused with aerobics (i.e., group exercise [usually by women] such as Zumba). I know bad @ss guys who bike unbeliabaly long distances and train for it in spin classes.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I think aerobic exercise can do wonders for your mood/attitude. I had been feeling a little depressed and lethargic up until about a month ago despite bulking hard this year and then plateauing.

A few things I approached my life differently at this standstill point:

1). Connecting with others socially... trying to go out at least once a week with a small social sphere that invites their friends to our venues, so that gives me a chance to talk to new people. Bounce different sets so I don't stay anchored to one.

2). I started hitting the treadmill 3-6x/week. I dropped the belly that was beginning to push on my t-shirts. I have so much more energy now. I feel great guys. I smile more and generally waaaaaaay happier than I was a month ago. Less starky/moody. Women may pick up on this, yet idk... I'm oblivious sometimes. Lol.

I've had zero plates since April... yet, I don't mind that. I practice the guitar rigorously every day, study physiology, and play with the new puppy.

3). I dropped expectations or desperation to hunt for plates. I focused purely on being happy with my life. Discovering new music and going to concerts is a lot of fun to do alone. I don't mind not having company.

I go out to talk to people. Men and women. Young and old... makes no difference. People love to be approached (generally if you're a good person). I don't focus purely on the game. Women are a side benefit if they want to enter my zone. :D
