"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

It seems like a year ago (when I turned 20) my body really started to mature and weightlifting seemed to bring these almost electrical kind of jolts going through my body. Does anyone here know what I'm talking about? I could just feel the adrenaline rush, almost like a roller coaster.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Its called testosterone. When you do bigger lifts, such as the main 3. Squat, dead, and bench. Your body will actually produce and release more of it.

Possible side effects are increased sex drive (yes this is a bad, it can get nutty when you are already have a penis and you know how much trouble that can get us into. Just to increase it. I would jerk off 2 times a day and still have sex with the gf)

Body Acne or increased acne.

Keep lifting it pays off more then anything on this site could ever teach or give you.

Looking back at my high school days and whatnot, it seems like my body was slower to mature than my peers. Just last year I started getting muscle. I think I have low testosterone, and certainly the lifting helps.
